Patrick N Kamani,
Mr Patrick N Kamani is a certified Public Accountant (Kenya) and a certified Public Secretary (Kenya). He holds an upper second class honors degree, B.Com Accounting option, from the University of Nairobi. He also holds a Masters degree in Finance from Daystar University, Nairobi.
Mr. Kamani’s working experience, spanning slightly over 30 years, includes working as an auditor at Ernst & Young and holding senior positions as Head of Finance and Company secretary in a number of other companies in Kenya. These companies include; Esso Kenya Ltd (now Oilibya), British American Insurance Company Ltd, Bain Hogg Insurance Brokers Ltd (now Eagle Africa Insurance Brokers), Nas Airport Services Ltd, and Kenchic Ltd, all in Kenya. Others are Interchick Company Ltd, Tanzania Breeders & Feedmills Ltd and Tanbreed Poultry Ltd, all in Tanzania.
Mr Kamani is currently in charge of Audit and Assurance department in Kamani and Associates.
Emma Wambui Chege,
Emma is a certified Public Accountant (Australia) and holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Monash University, Melbourne. Emma has worked as an accountant and auditor in a number of companies in Australia for slightly over 10 years. She has worked as a Customer Service Manager in Westpac Banking Corporation of Australia, Edmund Turner & CO, Chartered Public Accountants (Australia), State Trustees (Australia) and MK Building Group of companies (Australia) as a Senior Financial & Management Consultant for MK the group. Her key strengths and skills include superior analytical skills, strategic decision making, confident response to change, independent, creative and critical thinker and an unrivalled ability to learn and master new systems and policies.
Emma is currently in charge of Business Development Advisory Services Department in Kamani & Associates.
Catherine Njiru
Catherine is a certified Public Accountant (Kenya) and holds an upper second class honors degree in Business Management from the United States International University (USIU) Nairobi, and an MBA Finance from the same University.
Catherine’s working career and professional experience spans well over 20 years and across sectors. She has been head of Finance in the banking sector, then head of Finance in the airline industry and finally a head of Finance and General Manager in the NGO world.
Catherine is our strategic management consultant.
Stephen K. Somba
Stephen is a holder of a Masters degree in Information Systems (MIS) from the University of Nairobi. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree, B.SC (Hons), also from the University of Nairobi.
Stephen has a total of twelve years working experience in the Information Technology and Communication field, three of which were in a bank and nine as a software support engineer in a software development company.
Stephen is our Information Management Technology consultant.
